

The Ice Cream business started in September 2008 and the flavour list has grown due to listening to the views of the customers. The Ice Cream is produced with milk from the Brown Swiss Cow and is a high standard product using natural quality ingredients. Bespoke flavours can be created to suit the need
of the client, for example Lemongrass and Lime for Pecks Restaurant, Horlicks for The Glass House.
